Frequently asked questions

General

We keep the first hour or two for people who walk-in but if you call us early during the day before all the available slots fill up, we can book an approximate time for you to see the walk-in doctor. Please note that the doctor can see a limited number of patients each day and when all the appointments fill up, we are no longer able to accommodate more patients since we reached capacity for the day.
